  • Optional 3D Digital Modeling
  • Assistance with variance or pre-approval processes when applicable

 

Construction Documents

  • Prepare the necessary construction drawing package
  • Liaise with any necessary sub-consultants for structural review, site services, interior design, etc.
  • Issue documents for permits and construction

 

Tender/Contractor Selection
